For a content correction, include the page title, the Japanese example or sentence, and what seems unclear. If you think another answer should be accepted, include the context that makes it fit.
For an app issue, include your device, operating-system version, app version and the steps that led to the problem. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Subscriptions and purchases
When available, subscriptions and purchase restoration are handled through the app and the relevant app store. The store’s account controls manage an existing subscription. We never ask for your store password by email.
